About Damon Redmond

Founder of Legacy APN — the Legacy Asset Preservation Network. Educating, organizing the property picture, and coordinating with trusted professionals so families, owners, and partners can move from confusion to clarity.

Damon Redmond is the founder of Legacy APN. He brings 28+ years of real estate, mortgage, title, brokerage, REO, foreclosure prevention, valuation, and housing counseling experience.

His role is to educate, organize the property picture, and coordinate with trusted professionals so families, owners, and partners can move from confusion to clarity.

Legacy APN was created because too many families, heirs, small business owners, and community partners face major property decisions without a clear understanding of the timeline, value, title/lien issues, risk, or options. The platform is built around one simple belief: before a property is lost, sold, transferred, or negotiated, the people involved deserve a clear picture and a coordinated path to the right professionals.
